A New Look
As I sat down to put together this week’s P&P Weekly last night either my wireless or my high-speed connection when down – I’m not sure which at this point. But after restarting my computer, resetting both the router and modem a couple of different times, and fixing a couple of things that I almost lost when this whole thing started, it was getting pretty late and it’s going to be a long week as it is.
So, tomorrow will be our next scheduled installment (#38) of the Geographic Composition project (hint, hint) and I’ll work on getting “The Weekly” ready for Wednesday.
In the meantime, you will notice a slight makeover around here. Those of you reading this is a feed reader will want to click on over to check out the new look. I’ve had the previous design for awhile now and felt like we needed a few changes. It’s purely cosmetic, everything pretty much functions as it did before. The multi-colored bars at the top are slivers of shots I’ve taken over the past few months and the camera is a little something I designed – thank you Kim for the idea! (It’s a D200 with a battery grip, in case you were wondering.)
I am also in the process of creating new graphics for the various projects/series/features I host here, so be looking for those in the coming days and weeks as well.
My apologies, once again for everyone expecting the latest roundup of what our members have been writing about. Be sure to come back and see it in the next couple of days. Until then, I hope you like the new look!
