Faces of a Vanishing World
The pilot for the documentary series – commissioned for 4 more episodes – follows Joey and his team on a trip to Ethiopia as he pursues his passion for capturing the images of isolated communities all over the world.
It’s amazing what this 20 year old, self-taught photographer has done so far in his career. He’s traveled the world shooting in breathtaking locales, met and shot some of the most remote villages and peoples possible, and has become the go-to photographer for the entertainment industry shooting for Twilight, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Jonas Brothers, and 50 Cent, among others.
If you don’t get Ovation, have no fear, it will be syndicated on the National Geographic Channel and a few as of yet unconfirmed networks. They will also be releasing a digital download and DVD over on his site.
It’s been two years in the making so please join me on the 27th in watching our friend Joey Lawrence.
