A breath of wind,
The sweet song of a bird,
Sunlight dancing on all around me.
Chipmunks scurrying about - carefree, happy, alive.
A calmness, a gentleness, a connectedness with all things.
Total serenity is what I feel.
Far away from the hustle and bustle of city life
I sit surrounded by creation.
Not just within or near but part of it; and it of me.
I sit alone and take it in
Like this was my first experience.
But I notice now it has always been
And I am seeing only with newer eyes
The beauty of this world.
I wonder often what it's like
To see, to know, to feel.
I sit here now and realize
That truly I am free!
My mind and heart and inner Self
Are open in this place.
Right now I know like never before, 
That I am not alone.
But in this place ther is so much
Just waiting to be revealed.
