Kim and Jason were introduced on September 15, 2006 on eHarmony.com and, feeling an immediate connection, soon became best friends. As Jason returned from a training conference in Boston, Kim surprised him at his apartment where they stayed up talking late into the wee hours of the morning of April 7th. At sometime between 2 and 3am, Jason presented Kim with his maternal grandmother's diamond wedding ring and they decided to spend the rest of thier lives together.
Kim & Jason exchanged vows and rings in a beautiful outdoor ceremony held at Taughannock Falls State Park in Trumansburg, NY on the afternoon of Saturday October 13, 2007.

Kim (25) is originally from Bainbridge, NY located about halfway between Oneonta and Binghamton on Rte. 206 in southern NY. After completing her undergraduate work at SUNY Morrisville and SUNY Oneonta, Kim is now in the final year of her Masters program at Syracuse University as she prepares for a career in Art Education. She currently works as a Front End Supervisor at Michael's Arts and Crafts Store in Syracuse. Kim is a talented painter and has a very special daschund named Buddy.
Kim's parents have been married for almost 27 years. Her father, Ken, works for Amphenol Aerospace and her mother, Terry, works for Preston Manor adult care home.
Kim has two younger sisters, Marjorie (18) and Sarah (16) both of whom were Bridesmaids along with her friend Margaret Powers and her cousin Tara Backlund was the Maid of Honor.

Jason (26) is a Central New York native with family from the Finger Lakes region of New York and Omaha, NE. With a degree in World Religions from Boston University and the experience of traveling around the world with Semester at Sea, Jason currently works at Moore Multimedia, Inc. where he is a videographer, website developer, graphic artist, and photo restorer. He is also a recognized fine art photographer and member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.
Jason's parents have been married for 30 years. Jason works with his father, Dan, at Moore Multimedia, and his mother, Diana, manages the Quality Management/Utilization Management department at Oneida Healthcare Center.
Jason's older brother, Chris (28), and his wife Gina have been married for 6 years and have a young son, Garrett (5) who is also Jason's godson. Chris was Jason's Best Man along with friend Tom Antonoff as Groomsman and Garrett was the Ring Bearer.
